Who we are
Trippy Hills (hereafter referred to as “Trippy Hills “,”we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online platform that connects Operators, home stay owners, experience curators, adventure sports organisers who have knowledge and experience with a particular travel destination or activity with Travellers seeking to experience such destinations and activities (collectively with the Site and Application (each as defined below), the “Services”).
The Services are accessible at https://www.trippyhills.in and any other websites through which Trippy Hills makes the Services available (collectively, the “Site”) and any related applications (the “Application”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application and Services and all Collective Content (defined below) and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Trippy Hills .
Please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Services. Failure to use the Services following these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
The services comprise an online platform through which operators (defined below) may create listings (defined below) for group tours/solo trips/cottage stays/home stays/curated experiences/adventure sports (defined below) and travellers/experience seekers (defined below) may learn about and book such offerings.
You understand and agree that Trippy Hills is not a party to any agreements entered into between operators and travellers, nor is trippy hills an agent or insurer (Except for Jashpur and Mainpat Tour Packages where Trippy Hills operates). Trippy hills has no control over the conduct of operators, travellers and other users of the services or any group tours, and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Key Terms
Collective Content – Member Content and Trippy Hills Content.
Content –text, graphics, images, music, software (excluding the Application), audio, video, information or other materials.
Operator Service provider or Vendor– Member who creates a Listing via the Services.
Listing – An Activity or Tour that is listed by an Operator as available for booking via the Services.
Group Tours– Any package listed on website/application as a group tour which has a mininmum requirement of candidates to book the service.
Solo Trips– Any package listed on website/application as solo trip which can be booked by single traveller.
Cottage Stays– Stay facility listed on website which is independent cottages of registered service provider.
Home Stays–Stay facility listed on website which is home of registered service provider and is allowing guest in his/her home.
Curated Experiences– Expperience curated by the registered tour operator which is listed on the website.
Adventure Sports–Service provided by registered tour operator which is categorized as adventure sports in website/application.
Member-A person who completes Trippy Hills ‘s account registration process, including, but not limited to Operators and Travellers, as described under “Account Registration” below.
Member Content– All Content that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Services.
Tax or Taxes– Any sales taxes, value added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST) and other similar municipal, state and federal indirect or other withholding and personal or corporate income taxes.
Trippy Hills Content – All Content that Trippy Hills makes available through the Services, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Member Content.
Traveller – A Member who requests a booking of a Group Tour via the Services, or a Member who participates in an Group Tour and is not the Operator for such Tour. Certain portions of the Services (and your access to or use of certain aspects of the Services or Collective Content) may have different terms and conditions posted or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and terms and conditions posted for a specific portion of the Services, or Collective Content, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that portion of the Services, or Collective Content.
You acknowledge and agree that, by accessing or using the services or by downloading or posting any content from or on the site, via the application or otherwise through the services you are indicating that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms, whether or not you have registered with the services. If you do not agree to these terms, then you have no right to access or use the services, or collective content.
If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.
Modification
Trippy Hills reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Services at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or via the Services or provide you with notice of the modification. We will also update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of these Terms. Any changes will become effective immediately upon your acceptance of the modified Terms, whether by, without limitation, creating a Listing or requesting the booking of an Group Tour. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Services.
Appointment of Trippy Hills as Payment Agent for Operator
Each Operator hereby appoints Trippy Hills as the Operator’s limited agent solely for the purpose of collecting payments made by Travellers on behalf of the Operator. Each Operator agrees that payment made by a Traveller to Trippy Hills shall be considered the same as a payment made directly to the Operator and the Operator will make the Group Tour available to Traveller in the agreed upon manner as if the Operator has received the Part Payment. In accepting appointment as the limited authorized agent of the Operator, Trippy Hills assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Operator. Operators acknowledge and agree that Trippy Hills reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to introduce and collect other fees from you in accordance with the Modification Section of these Terms. Please note that Trippy Hills will provide notice of new fees via the Services, prior to implementing such new features.
Bookings and Financial Terms for Travellers
The Operators, not Trippy Hills, are entirely responsible for honouring any confirmed reservations and making any Group Tours reserved through the Services available. If you choose to book a Group Tour through an Operator, you agree and understand that you will be required to enter into an agreement (including releases) with the Operator, and you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions imposed by the Operator. Operators are not permitted to adjust the Tour Cost after a booking has been confirmed unless you consent (changes might include additional services that you request from the Operator).
You acknowledge and agree that you, not Trippy Hills, will be responsible for carrying out the terms of any such agreements, that Trippy Hills is not a party to any such agreements, and that Trippy Hills disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such agreements, with the exception of its payment obligations hereunder. Trippy Hills operates as the Operator’s payment agent for the limited purpose of taking payments from you on behalf of the Operator, despite the fact that Trippy Hills is not a party to any agreements between you and the Operator. Your payment obligation to the Operator is discharged upon payment of sums owed to Trippy Hills, and Trippy Hills will release you.
The secure payment provider that Trippy Hills uses to process all payments is Razorpay.
The Total Cost, also known as the Tour Cost, will be specified on the Booking Page for a Tour. As previously stated, the Operator must either confirm or deny the booking. Any amounts collected by Trippy Hills will be refunded to such Traveller, depending on the selections made by such Traveller via the Site and Application, and any pre-authorization of such Traveller’s credit card will be released, if applicable, and you acknowledge that we will refund these amounts as soon as possible, but the speed at which these amounts are returned to your credit card is often slow.
Service Fees only apply to Operators
Trippy Hills exclusively charges a service fee from Operators in exchange for providing the Services (“Service Fees”). A Service Fee is calculated as a percentage of the Group Tour Cost, as outlined in the Operator’s Trippy Hills Terms and Conditions. Taxes may be paid in addition to the Service Fee where applicable. Before remitting the balance to the Operator, Services Fees are taken from the Group Tour Cost (please note that we will not be responsible for delays in remitting Group Tour Fees, which can vary based on the bank, currency, location, etc). Trippy Hills will send balances to Operators via check, direct deposit, or other payment methods mentioned on the Site, or via Razorpay.
Unforeseen Circumstances Operator Cancellations and Refunds
If an Operator cancels a confirmed booking made through the Services, Trippy Hills will refund any Payment to the applicable Traveller within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation, and the Traveller may receive an email or other communication from Trippy Hills with alternative Listings and related information. If the Traveller makes a reservation through one of the other Listings, it will be handled as a new group tour reservation. Please contact Trippy Hills at [email protected] if an Operator cancels a confirmed booking and you, as a Traveller, have not received an email or other communication from Trippy Hills.
Cancellation in the Event of Inclement Weather
Depending on the weather, certain tours may be cancelled. Regardless of the foregoing, the Operator retains the right to determine whether bad weather will prevent the Tour from taking place. If you need to cancel a Group Tour due to bad weather as an Operator, you must notify the Traveller and Trippy Hills (at [email protected]) as soon as possible. The Operator and the Traveller may agree to reschedule the Group Tour for a later date with the Traveller’s consent. If the Group Tour cannot be rescheduled, please contact Trippy Hills so that we can assist you in locating a non-weather-dependent substitute Group Tour. To be clear, if the alternative Group Tour is more expensive than the original, you may be accountable for the difference. In the case that the alternative Group Tour is less expensive, you may be eligible for a partial refund. If you have contacted Trippy Hills as directed above and Trippy Hills is unable to locate a replacement Group Tour for you, Trippy Hills may reimburse the Traveller’s payment within a commercially reasonable time following the cancellation.
Taxes
You understand and agree that, in collaboration with your tax experts, you are solely responsible for assessing your applicable Tax reporting responsibilities. Trippy Hills cannot and does not provide tax advice to any of the Services’ members. Furthermore, each Operator is responsible for determining local indirect taxes and incorporating any applicable Taxes to be collected or liabilities relating to applicable Taxes in Listings.

Trippy Hills Content and Member Content License
Trippy Hills grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to I access and view any Trippy Hills Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes, and (ii) access and view any Member Content to which you are permitted access, solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms. The licencing rights given in this section cannot be sublicensed. Except as specifically permitted in these Terms, you will not use, copy, adapt, modify, produce derivative works based on, distribute, licence, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services or Collective Content. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Trippy Hills or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.
Trippy Hills Promo Codes
Trippy Hills may from time to time offer Promo Codes that provide credits for bookings placed on https://www.trippyhills.in. Unless otherwise noted, Promo Codes have a 30-day expiration date and are restricted to one Promo Code per booking. Promo Codes can only be used for tour bookings and on the same terms as described in the section: Each booking can only have one Promo Code, which can be paired with Referral Credits.
Disclaimers
You use the services at your own risk if you decide to utilise them. You realise and accept that trippy hills is under no duty to undertake background checks on any member, including but not limited to travellers and operators, but that it may do so at its discretion. The services (including the site and application) and aggregate content are provided “as is,” with no express or implied warranties of any kind. Without limiting the above, trippy hills expressly disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement, as well as any warranties derived from course of dealing or trade use.
Trippy Hills provides no guarantee that the services or collective content, including but not limited to the listings or any group tours, will satisfy your needs or will be available on a continuous, secure, or error-free basis. Trippy Hills makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any collective content accessed through the services, or the quality of any listings, group tours, the services, or collective content. Any advice or information acquired from trippy through or through the site, application, services, or collective content, whether oral or written, will not create any warranty not expressly stated below. You are solely responsible for all of your communications and interactions with other users of the services, as well as any operators or travellers, with whom you communicate or engage as a result of your use of the services. You acknowledge that trippy hills makes no attempt to authenticate the claims made by users of the services, nor to evaluate or visit any group trips. Trippy Hills makes no guarantees or assurances about the behaviour of service users or their compatibility with current or future service users.
You agree to use reasonable caution in all communications and interactions with other users of the services and other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of the services, including, but not limited to, travellers and operators, especially if you decide to meet offline or in person, whether or not such meetings are organised by trippy hills or take place during a group tour. Regardless of trippy hills’ appointment as the operators’ limited agent for the purpose of taking payments from travellers on their behalf, trippy hills expressly disclaims any liability for any conduct or omission by any traveller or other third party.
Entire Agreement
If you are on a Tour with an Operator who you believe is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to, anyone who engages in offensive, violent, or sexually inappropriate behaviour, you suspect of stealing from you, or engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to Trippy Hills by contacting us with your police station and report number at [email protected] provided the following information.

Reporting Misconduct
These Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Trippy Hills and you regarding Tour bookings or listings, the Services, and the Collective Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Trippy Hills and you regarding Tour bookings or listings, the Services, and the Collective Content
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Trippy Hills’ prior written agreement, whether by operation of law or otherwise. Without such authorization, any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms shall be null and void. Trippy Hills reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms in its sole discretion. These Terms will bind and benefit the parties, their successors, and allowed assigns, subject to the foregoing.
Notices
Any notices or other communications permitted or required by these Terms, including those addressing amendments to these Terms, will be in writing and provided by Trippy Hills through email (to the address provided by you) or by posting to the Site or via the Application. The date of receipt will be regarded the date on which the notice is conveyed for notices sent by e-mail.
Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
Without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, these Terms will be read in accordance with the laws of Jashpur, Chhattisgarh Jurisdiction. For any actions for which the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights, as set forth in the Dispute Resolution provision below, you and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court located in Jashpur, Chhattisgarh.
General
Trippy Hills’ omission to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision’s subsequent enforcement. A waiver of any such right or provision is only valid if it is in writing and signed by a fully authorised representative of Trippy Hills. The exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms, except as specifically set forth in these Terms, will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or elsewhere. If an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction considers any provision of these Terms to be illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
